  • 3/4cup orange juice
  • 1/2cup frozen berries or peaches
  • 1/4cup silken tofu
  • Sugar or honey to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine orange juice, berries (or peaches), tofu and sugar (or honey) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
