Christmas Waldorf Salad
The classic Waldorf salad is dressed-up for Christmas by swapping out the raisins for festive dried cranberries. A combination of Greek yogurt and mayonnaise makes the salad creamy while keeping it light.

Ingredients
- 1/4cup mayonnaise
- 1/4cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/8teaspoon salt
- 1large sweet apple, diced
- 1cup sliced celery
- 1cup halved red grapes
- 1/3cup walnut halves, toasted and chopped
- 1/3cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt and salt in a large bowl. Add apple, celery, grapes, walnuts and cranberries; toss to coat.
