A grand opening celebration will be held Saturday for a new Grocery Outlet Bargain Market at 355 N. Citrus Ave., in Azusa.

 

The event will kick off at 7 a.m. with coffee and treats and free eco-friendly, reusable bags for the first 500 customers. Customers will also get a $1 hotdog and drink from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with proceeds benefiting the Action Food Pantry.

 

A free Spin and Win on the Wheel of Bargains will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and there will be free face painting for the kids. The first 500 shoppers will also receive a $5 certificate.

A $1,000 food donation will be given to the Azusa Senior Center and a check presentation will also be given to Neighborhood Homework House.
