Green Fruit Salad
Serve this refreshing fruit salad featuring juicy melon, grapes and kiwi on its own for lunch or breakfast or with other colorblock fruit salads (like red, purple and orange) for a fun crowd-pleasing rainbow side dish. The Lime-Yogurt Dressing is optional, but does add a pleasant zing of lime to the fruit.

Ingredients
Lime-Yogurt Dressing
- 1 1/2cups low-fat plain yogurt
- 1tablespoon lime zest
- 1tablespoon lime juice
- 4teaspoons granulated sugar
Green Fruit Salad
- 4cups diced ripe honeydew melon
- 1cup halved seedless green grapes
- 1cup sliced and quartered ripe kiwi (about 2)
- 2tablespoons chopped fresh mint (optional)
Instructions
- To prepare Lime-Yogurt Dressing: Combine yogurt, lime zest, lime juice and sugar in a medium bowl.
- To prepare salad: Combine melon, grapes, kiwi and mint (if using) in a large bowl. Serve with yogurt dressing, if desired.
Tips
To make ahead: Refrigerate fruit salad for up to 4 hours; toss with mint just before serving, if using. Refrigerate Lime-Yogurt Dressing for up to 1 day.
