Cucumber & Melon White Sangria

In this refreshing white sangria recipe, we’ve skipped the added sugar and used fruity white wine, zesty liquor and tons of fresh fruit and basil to create a delicious, yet healthy cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1750-ml bottle gewürztraminer, dry Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1/2cup dry vermouth
  • 2cups diced honeydew melon
  • 1cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2cup torn fresh basil leaves
  • 1cup chilled plain seltzer
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Combine wine, vermouth, melon, cucumber and basil in a large pitcher. Refrigerate until cold, about 4 hours. Just before serving, stir in seltzer. Serve over ice.

Tips

Refrigerate for up to 12 hours. Stir in seltzer just before serving.
